Job Opportunity - Shop Manager for our Dublin Atelier

Are you ready to take the helm of a thriving high-end jewellery atelier? We’re looking for a Shop Manager to join our newly opened atelier in Malahide.

Position: Shop Manager
Location: Malahide Village, Dublin
Role: Full-Time. 5 days a week. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the atelier, ensuring smooth functioning of all aspects of the shop.
• Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organising jewellery pieces and materials.
• Collaborate with the design team to showcase new collections and customise jewellery pieces for clients.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the atelier and increase sales.

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and craftsmanship.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in inventory management and basic excel principles.
• Knowledge of jewellery materials, design techniques, and industry trends is a plus.
