Christmas & New Year Orders
We aim to ship in-stock items when we open re-open on the 5th of January. Items being resized or adjusted will take a few extra days.
We aim to ship in-stock items within 3 working days of your order. We offer free, fully insured shipping for all orders. Irish orders will be shipped with An Post’s next day Express service and UK orders will be shipped using Royal Mail’s next day Special Delivery service. International orders will be shipped using FedEx Priority.
For made to order items please allow 8 weeks for the making process prior to shipping. Once your piece is finished we will contact you to arrange collection or delivery.
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. We offer 90 day returns on all in-stock items bought from our website. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. All pieces must be returned unworn and undamaged, in their original condition and original packaging. Customers will be responsible for any return delivery charges. Once we receive your return a refund will be issued within five working days.
Commissioned (handmade to order) jewellery, or jewellery that has been adjusted for the customer cannot be returned or exchanged unless previously agreed in writing. Any requests for return of these items will be considered on an individual basis.
